Four generations with just one passion
The company Fasoli Gino is the story of a family with deep roots in the Veronese territory. The parent was Amadio’s grandfather, who in 1925 started his own vineyard in Val d’Illasi: he brought quality wine with a cart and horses into the best local inns. His son Gino developed and passed on the passion for this work to the children who run the company today. In 1984, an important and complex choice was made: to experience organic farming in all vineyards. Their commitment has been recognized in the world, and today the fourth generation renews tradition by continuing the company’s path towards quality wines thanks to ancient knowledge, new knowledge and state-of-the-art technologies.

A healthy environment gives good fruit
In the eighties they made a bet: cultivating grapes from organic farming. They have refused product synthesis for farming practices that respect peasants, nature and consumers. In 2006 they relaunched the biodynamic method to restore a balance in nature by strengthening plants and revitalizing the soil to promote the necessary biodiversity for life. The quality of their wines is the result of the quality of the territory. This is why they are committed to treating it with care, aware of their role as guardians of the earth.
